  1. Andy Robin: Big Time High Tech Exec Living the Tapas Life Carl Landau, Andy Robin 32:40

Carl loves tapas, so he was all in for this week’s conversation with Andy Robin, author of the new book, The Tapas Life. Apparently Carl is the first interviewer that really wanted to talk about grilled sardines–one of those little savory and delicious Spanish bites. It turns out that tapas are actually a metaphor for creating a new life plan for your second act of life, by exploring a wide variety of wonderful options out there and trying out new experiences.

Andy has had an unconventional path, from his early years of growing up in the U.S. and Mexico, to dropping out of college and forming a computer biz with his dad, and then eventually becoming a big time exec in the high tech world of Silicon Valley. He’s got so many wonderful tips and ideas to help you create your own rewarding second act of life in his new book, and he shares many of them in this episode.
