Not all relocations are rainbows and butterflies. The truth is, very few are. Everyone has different experiences and different challenges. Today I am talking with Anuradha about moving to the United Kingdom.

I currently live in greater London, but my heart is still in the Sonoran Desert (in Arizona), where I was born. My Family migrated from South India, and I embrace that culture through my Love of Bharata Natyam (temple dance), food, and music. In my work, I own The Kowtha Constellation where we help small business owners build ethical, accessible, and inclusive practices into their systems so they can sustainably grow their bottom line, do their work with more boldness, and improve customer and team retention. When I’m not working, I love to write, create art, watch live performance art, and spend time with friends.
