Helping people form fulfilling and meaningful relationships is a topic that is very close to my heart. I married at 18 and stayed in an unhappy, disconnected Marriage for 35 years. And when I finally broke it off, I was left wondering why.
Why, even when we Love someone, do we struggle to connect?
Why do we attract the people that we do into our lives?
Why do relationships sometimes feel like running on a giant hamster wheel?
It was on my journey to answer these questions that I found out about the Enneagram (any-a-gram) and finally understood why we had struggled for so long. It was personality differences.
I used the information throughout my Divorce process for myself, my kids, and even my ex-husband to be as peaceful as possible.
I’ve been in almost every relationship situation: Long, unhappy marriage, Should I Stay Or Go, Divorce, Dating.
And I have learned to THRIVE in my life. It just doesn’t happen…it is a daily conscious effort to create the Life I Love To Live.
