Toby is the Command Master Chief, I Marine Expeditionary Force (I MEF) in Camp Pendleton, CA. He shares his background and heritage and how he got into the Navy. Toby speaks about how it was being Hispanic/Latino in the Navy and how that played into his leadership success. He shares how he felt as he progressed through the leadership levels all the way to Force Master Chief. He discusses some of the Hispanic/Latino leaders that inspired him to achieve more and he shares some advice for those seeking to be leaders.
