Be congruent with the behavior of people already achieving
the goals you want to achieve, already living the kind of life you want to
live.
Find them, study them, model them.
Model their behavior.
If your behavior is incongruent with the behavior of the
people who enjoy the kinds of successes you aspire to, you can’t get those
kinds of successes.
Example: Top athletes use great coaches (mental and
physical)

behavior of people who already have, are achieving, and are experiencing the
