The Change Zone is excited to present episode # 59 “A Party with a Purpose: Peter Lawson Jones! PLJ (as his friends call him) is a joyful ‘party’ himself. He has his priorities straight: he’s a proud father, husband, and son who happens to be an attorney, business consultant, professional actor, dramatist and former elected official.
One of his recent acting roles is as Tom Hanks’ friend Reuben in the recently released “A Man called Otto.”
PLJ notes “I don’t want my plays or any of the roles I take on to be pablum, or cotton candy, or reflect poorly on me as a husband, father, friend, orAfrican-American male. It is important that they entertain, and yet more importantly that they enlighten.”
He is the executive producer of Fatherhood 101 a documentary on the critical importance of responsible fatherhood.
PLJ is devoted to using his power and influence to:
1. leave a Legacy for Family and for people he doesn’t know i.e., community (He set up an educational fund in his parents’ names and fundraised for this when he hosted a screening of “A Man called Otto”) www.collegenowgc.org/otto/ Donations can be made here for his parents’ scholarship fund: Charles & Margaret Jones Scholarship Fund at College Now Greater Cleveland.
2. Do one Health related activity daily and resist becoming a cranky old man
3. Stay relevant, be part of the conversation
4.He figures he’s in Act 2 of (perhaps) a 5 Act play!

Susan Sneath
Susan is a coach and performer who has spent over 20 years helping people bring their visions to life ranging from creating an Alberta Centre for Peace and Meditation to the largest Fringe Theatre Festival in North America. Whether it was the retired accountant turned harpist stricken with nerves before performing that she asked, “What do you know to be true?” They went still and entered their zone of flow.
Susan Sneath is really very quiet and subdued...when she sleeps! When she’s awake, she takes the business of life very seriously, she loves to laugh!
As a Coach “Susan provides a vibrant and intuitive approach to coaching. I have worked with Susan for a number of years and as such have received continuous positive feedback from clients who have benefited from both her engaging presentation style and strong ability to connect with them as she guides them to explore and resolve challenges and find success. Her sense of humour is just a bonus!”
