The 5 Cups of Creativity

  1. The 5 Cups of Creativity Kent Sanders 11:52

Over the past few years, I’ve been on a search to understand more about the barriers that keep us from being more creative. The more I studied some of the world’s most creative people, the more I began to see that there was a clear process for developing greater creativity.

In this episode, you’ll learn about this process, which I called the “5 cups of creativity.” I’ll share where it came from, how Walt Disney is connected, and why I chose the cups metaphor.
