Jennifer Bartkowski is the Chief Executive Officer of Girl Scouts of Northeast Texas (GSNETX) where she is leading organizational change to transform Girl Scouts to be the best organization to help girls thrive in the 21st century. She has been with GSNETX since 2009 and throughout her career she has worked in a variety of organizations including United Way of Metropolitan Dallas, American Lung Association of Texas, and as an independent consultant.

in 2022, Jennifer was named the Female Executive of the Year and Bronze Stevie® Award winner in the 19th annual Stevie Awards for Women in Business.
