How to Manage Finances During a Crisis

  1. How to Manage Finances During a Crisis Deborah Johnson 28:53

Greg Johnson and I are together in this episode and he gives 5 steps that are crucial in managing finances during and after a time of crisis. As a former RIA and Financial Advisor, he gives us some great insights. The topic of finances is extremely relevant and top-of-mind as many businesses have been completely shut down for a period of months. How do you survive and how do you start up again?

First of all, you want to make sure you ship doesn’t sink. It’s all hands-on deck and you may have to work extremely hard for a while to get back up and running. This is an important mindset that we all need to have right now. Eliminate what isn’t needed and focus on what is absolutely necessary.

Be ready to work hard, but work with resolve and focus. The crisis can be short-term if you start acting now! I hope you find today insightful and extremely helpful, no matter what time period you are listening or what you are facing. #finances #crisis #mindset #smallbusiness #secondhalf

Up for multiple GRAMMY Awards and spending over 20 years in the entertainment industry, Deborah Johnson, M.A., built multiple self-driven businesses. While many discuss career transitions and achieving success in a second act, few offer comprehensive guidance on leveraging automated content with core values and purpose. She is an expert on how to constantly reinvent yourself in a gig-economy, working mainly with those at mid-career and halftime of life. A creative powerhouse, she has released multiple books, albums, published hundreds of songs, has a thriving podcast and has written three musicals. Deborah speaks and performs for both live and virtual events.
