He appeared in her room and told her she needed to go on and that she had so much going for her.  

But what makes her story truly remarkable is that her friend was with her and witnessed the same inexplicable phenomenon she did, validating her experience.

Diane’s Story: A Reunion with Her Soul Mate

Diane Gilman recounts the heart-wrenching tale of losing her soul mate at the age of 52, someone who had been her anchor, her foundation, and her biggest cheerleader for two decades. She reflects on her struggles as a Caregiver during his terminal battle with cancer and the profound Grief that followed his passing. But, against all odds, Diane was granted a reunion with her beloved soul mate, a moment of relief that changed her perspective on life.

Parallel Paths to Healing

Though Mary and Diane’s stories are unique in their own ways, they both found the experience of reconnecting with their loved ones to be life-affirming. These encounters not only provided closure but also helped them to move forward with their lives.

Diane reflects on the approaching Thanksgiving and the shift in her perspective, from noticing the absence of loved ones to celebrating their enduring presence. Both Mary and Diane have come to realize that these extraordinary experiences have made them more fulfilled and grateful for life.
