Michael Harris is an author, coach, trainer, yoga teacher, entrepreneur, and co-founder of Endless Stages. He is also a heavily meditated and avid yoga master as well as an outdoor junkie and storyteller. He is also the survivor of multiple health issues, including a near fatal waterskiing accident, addictions, and a devastating prognosis that he would die from vascular disease at the age of 27. 

After struggling with health issues, addictions, and low self-esteem, he knew he had to make a change. He stopped dreaming about what he wanted and began to take massive action through applying the Law of Goya, and changed his life through sobriety, walking, food, and yoga. Michael now uses his metamorphosis to inspire others. Not only does he help people through teaching yoga and teacher training, but he also helps authors, entrepreneurs, and speakers share their stories and their unique message out to the world and powerfully share it with any size group or audience.
