Marc Paisant is a motivator, mental health advocate, unabashed perpetual learner, husband, and father of two beautiful girls. He is also the host of the Relatively Normal podcast, where he shares his personal experiences of dealing with ADHD, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and body Image issues.

Early in his adult life, Marc also struggled with his weight, confidence, and physical health, which he was able to overcome by using physical fitness to assist with his physical and mental health challenges. His goal is now to inspire and empower others to ask for help, to end the stigma and raise awareness regarding mental health problems. He is also determined to show his daughters that their dad can be the strong protector that his family needs but can also be the empathetic man they deserve.

In this fascinating episode, Marc describes his struggles of never feeling good enough. Even as a high school and college athlete, he always living in the shadow of his outgoing twin brother. He explains that once he graduated college, his highly structured workout and training sessions abruptly ended, leaving him own his own without any direction on how to maintain his fitness, resulting in weight gain and declining health.
