Fred Rutman is a former marketer and college professor who struggled with his health and fitness for years. Fred was making his way to a healthier lifestyle until he had the rug pulled out from underneath him in 2009, leaving him with dozens of concussions, post-concussion syndrome, PTSD, and a dangerous medical condition which almost cost him his life. He is also the author of the soon to be released book titled “The Summer I died 20 Times.”  

Fred shares his incredible story of multiple medical mishaps as well as the repeated traumas he experienced as his medical team struggled to find the origin of his frequent black outs with recurrent head trauma. He was finally diagnosed with full heart block, which caused his heart to stop beating. Literally, he was clinically dead multiple times.

Fred’s remarkable wit and sense of humor is sprinkled throughout his unbelievable story, as well as a few F bombs. But when you hear his story, you’ll understand why. Along with Fred’s story, he shares many valuable insights to self-healing and how he was able to turn his life around through intermittent fasting.
