He started his first business, Aggressive Detailing LLC, while still in high school, providing detailing services to residential and commercial customers in Maryland, DC, and Virginia. He graduated from Bowie State University with a degree in Business Marketing. Currently, Otha serves as the CEO of Tetragram, a company focused on providing innovative software solutions for the cannabis industry.

Tetragram is a digital platform for medical cannabis patients. It helps users create a personalized journal of their cannabis experiences to determine what works best for them. They can discover similar products and share ratings with the community. The platform is highly customizable, allowing users to create custom symptoms and take detailed notes.
