In this episode Breann Bear is sharing her Wisdom of how to truly lose weight and keep it off, once and for all. Breann got tired of her weight being like a yo-yo. She has dealt with disordered eating, anorexia, and bulimia along with addictions. Her lifetime of ups and downs led to many periods of losing and then regaining the weight. At one point she ended up with 120 pounds to lose.
Breann got determined to do it once and for all. She did the research and figured out what worked for her Lifestyle and her body, and now she helps other women lose weight and keep it off. She is a nurse who has become a Radical Transformation Coach helping people lose weight without devoting their lives to being in a gym, following rigid meal plans, dieting, deprivation, or counting calories.
