Fear is designed to keep us safe and alert us when we try to venture into circumstances that can result in mental or physical harm. If you want to reach specific goals that seem out of reach and require you to step out of your comfort zone, then fear will be the first obstacle you encounter. In many cases, people have failed to even take that first step out of their box because they are overwhelmed by it. Today, I’m happy to uncover the anatomy of fear and how you can work through it in a positive as well as productive way. We’ll talk about the different tools that are at your disposal when faced with the different types of fear. We’ll also look at why you are attached to your comfort zone and how you can step out of it with confidence.
