Hurricane Ian left a path of destruction across Southwest Florida. Originally the storm was forecast to hit Tampa Florida. If it had, the Tampa/St. Petersburg area would have suffered catastrophic damage. What do we learn from Ian that could make a future hurricane less damaging?
