Ian Hatton is a conscious leadership expert, international keynote speaker and the owner of Totally Morpheus, where he offers exclusive leadership development programmes. Over the past two decades, he has trained and mentored thousands of leaders from around the world.

The young leaders he has mentored as a community service have gone on to make a significant contribution to industry and society. Today, with his community of conscious leaders, Ian explores what is possible as we lead from our authentic essence, and calls out the same authenticity in others.
