1. Getting In Control and Improving Our Mental and Physical Health with Rico Caveglia Dr. Ron Kaiser 35:56

Our chronological age shouldn’t be an impediment to the things we want to do as much as it shouldn’t indicate how healthy we are. Developing a healthy lifestyle, a consistent and regular workout routine, and healthy eating habits have multiple benefits, and it depends entirely on us.

Our guest, Rico Caveglia, is an Author, Speaker, Podcast Host of The Fearless Aging Podcast, the Creator of the Ageless Living Lifestyle, which allows him to rock a fitness age of 35 at the chronological age of 79. Rico has been a Personal Trainer and Health Coach for the last 40 years, a silver medalist in the California State Senior Olympics, and an inspirational example of someone who walks his talk.

In this episode, we talk about Rico’s approach to health and fitness and his understanding of why staying healthy and fit is so important. We analyze new technologies’ interference and influence on people’s overall health and why society pushes away the elders when they see their physical capabilities diminished. Rico describes the components of a well-rounded fitness program, how to exercise in just 17 minutes using only our own body weight, and shares some of his best advice for beginners in physical training.
