It’s no secret that, when it comes to taking care of ourselves, our mental health often falls to the wayside. We call the doctors when we’re physically ill, we reach out to the dentist when we have tooth pain, but what do we do when we’ve had a bad day or are dealing with the stress that comes with everyday life? Now, more than ever, solutions exist for us to take care of our mental health and understand ourselves and the way we navigate life.

This episode’s guest, Dr. Neeta Bhushan, is a self-described mother, wife, entrepreneur, and performance coach.
