You Still Have More to Accomplish with Amanda Lathrop
- You Still Have More to Accomplish with Amanda Lathrop Kimberly Benoy 21:52
Amanda Lathrop has an amazing story of adventure and following her heart. An internship in college involving her “fun” minor of film studies, eventually led her to create her own company that shares stories of families and businesses through video.Â
Her stories of backpacking through Europe, working for Paisley Park (yes she met Prince), working on television shows like Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives, Bizarre Foods, and Monster Quest will entertain you as you listen to this episode.Â
In 2014, she started her own company called Lead Sheep Productions and going back to her psychology roots, she wanted to focus on connecting with the people she interviewed. She specializes in recording conversations for families who want personal histories taken for the future generations. Amanda reminds us that we should not wait until later in life to ask our parents or grandparents about their stories.Â
She also helps other businesses through her video storytelling to help them connect with their customers through sharing their values and messages in their own words.Â
