Kathy White is a yoga instructor who specializes in working with midlife men and women. Her own experience with joint pain led her to a develop her joint renewal system that she finds helps those of us in midlife.Â
Kathy’s story includes using yoga to heal after feeling very disconnected when her first baby was stillborn. She was very surprised to find when she turned 50 that it wasn’t really working any longer. She was experiencing the joint aches and pains that we all feel when we turn that magic age despite doing “all the right things.”Â
