How I tie up my hair for the gym

This is my go-to hairstyle for the gym and also for a night out. I vary leaving my waves out as a high ponytail or a braid, to tying it into a high-top bun.

The pillow scrunchie is by @mykitsch (they come in pairs) and the headband I got at @sallybeauty for around $8. It’s Firstlinebrands.com (Evolve). It’s soft but absorbs sweat and I now own 4 so I can switch them out if I’m going somewhere after the gym and need a clean dry headband.
You don’t have to use a headband. My ears stick out and I feel more confident wearing it.Many people think I’m wearing one headwrap that does it all, but nope. It’s taken me a few years to find this perfect combo and I really like it.

I Sleep with my hair loosely tied up in the pillow scrunchie to preserve my waves a bit longer.

Hope this helps.
