Episode #81, we looked at how the residential real estate industry has evolved over the past few decades… and how that industry differs in the U.S. differs from some other parts of the world. We also looked at COVID 19’s dramatic impact on the industry, and we heard what concerns our guest expert most about residential real estate these days.

In Part 2, we’ve brought back that same guest expert, Rich DeNicola, to discuss where he sees residential real estate going over the next few years, and what opportunities he thinks that will offer. We’ll also ask Rich to provide some advice to those who are looking to buy or sell a home.

To re-introduce Rich DeNicola, he currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer for the Realogy Expansion Brands, which includes Better Homes and Gardens® Real Estate and ERA®.
