Dr. Karen Kruger, MD, is a Pediatrics Specialist in Richmond, CA, and has over 41 years of experience in the medical field. She graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Northwestern University in 1981. For over 40 years, Dr. Kruger has spent her vacation time volunteering from one month to two years at a time in rough conditions in Sudan. Zimbabwe. Zaire. Kenya, Thai- -Cambodian border, Haiti, and Sri Lanka, providing care to impoverished people in Thailand, Kenya, and Africa. She dreamed of retiring in a tent in Kenya until her daughter recently had twin boys!!
