Make sure you have a list of all allergies that a patient may have. It’s helpful to have a list of their physicians, with or without phone numbers. She went on to complete her Emergency Medicine Residency at Cook County Hospital in Chicago, IL, and an Integrative Medicine Fellowship from the University of Arizona.
