Lisa Marie is a former federal law enforcement officer. She’s an award-winning leadership expert and recognized by the Small Business Administration (SBA) and the White House.

She has spoken on stages in various parts of the world to over 100,000 leaders on the topics of leadership, vulnerability, forgiveness, and executive presence and connection. 

With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and a Master’s degree in Human Resources Training and Development coupled with a certification in leadership and a thesis in formal and informal mentoring, Lisa Marie is an international best-selling author in 5 countries, having written or co-authored 7 books, and is a regular contributor to Forbes.com.

She earned her master coach designation, Coaching leaders around the globe as she has a unique way of seeing the small shifts needed to capitalize on bigger opportunities – and is a member of the Forbes Coaches Council.
