“My passion is fueling empowered living in families of children with disabilities or other special needs. I am also “Mom” and legal guardian of an adult son with autism and intellectual disability. He teaches me daily that “you are enough” just as you are, and that each person in our world is valuable and irreplaceable.
In my quest for balance and empowerment in my own life, I created and implemented a routine, a blueprint, and a Lifestyle that were gleaned from proven, effective, and successful mothers, families, and caregivers. My new principles, parameters, and processes guided my thoughts, decisions, and actions – which in turn propelled me toward my ultimate vision and mission in life. I knew then that I needed to share what I’d learned with others. Through group or individual mentoring and Coaching, I provide tools to create a personal blueprint filled with principles you commit to living by.
You choose the parameters and processes to implement to regulate your thoughts, decisions, and actions positively and purposefully. This results in solutions rather than excuses, and in structure to anchor your family. You develop a Growth mindset to navigate transitions and challenges. You place a high value on your own well-being so that you are able to fulfill your mission to those you love. I provide support for your transformation and connections to others on similar journeys.
