Today I had an opportunity to interview Kyle Newell who is entrepreneur, CEO of Newell Strength and Ripped dads, and the author of the Panda Diet.
His approach to Coaching is definitely not your typical ”eat less, exercise more” mentality. Everything is revolved around a holistic habits-based approach that completely goes against the grain-inspired by the way of the Panda. Through unconventional methods like fasting, physical training, and mind mapping techniques, you will break through your limiting beliefs and achieve true transformation across all areas of life.
Kyle can guarantee you that if you examine your life, there’s at least 1 area that you are just going through the motions with. It might be your health and fitness, relationships with your spouse or kids, but more than likely you have a mind-virus which sabotages yourself constantly with negative self-talk.
