1. Interview with Alison Smith Anna Brook 40:27

In today’s episode, I interview Alison Smith who is an author, a poet, a speaker, and a podcaster. Alison helps you to see the wood for the trees when you’re stuck and don’t know what to do. She uses nature as our coach and their landscapes as metaphors for our lives.
Her unique, quirky perspective – using nature as a metaphor for our lives – allows Alison to help people in an unconventional way that they may not be used to, but which always gets results! For example, when you can’t see the wood for the trees, the answer can almost certainly be found within the wood (and within your own inner landscapes!).
Alison has used the tools in her Coaching and problem-solving toolkit for more than 20 years. Her tools are also demonstrated in her book: ‘Can’t See the Wood for the Trees’ and her podcast: ‘Landscaping Your Life with Alison Smith’.
