I am a knowledge broker, podcaster, mentor, and author, with my show Personal Development Mastery ranking in the global top 1.5%.

When I turned 40, I found myself having lost passion for my job as a dentist and feeling unfulfilled and directionless. This led me to a Midlife awakening and a personal development journey to rediscover my purpose.

I transformed from someone shy & uncomfortable in social situations to a public speaker and podcaster (having done over 400 episodes now). Needless to say, there are some intriguing stories and valuable lessons from this journey – like, for example, how curiosity can lead you to your life’s mission!
