1. Mike Murphy: Political Hack turns Media Pundit Carl Landau, Mike Murphy 54:00

Carl interviews his first “Political Hack” this month. He chats it up the one and only Mike Murphy who turns out to be one of our all-time funniest and entertaining guests. He had a big time as a Republican political consultant for some of the biggest names — John McCain, Bob Dole, and even the Governator — Arnold Schwarzenegger. It’s hard to take sides when you listen to Mike, (despite your political view) because he’s so damn funny, wicked smart, and not mean spirited. He pokes fun at everyone!

Mike Murphy is now the co-host of the very popular “Hacks on Tap” podcast where he’s the conservative voice to balance out former White House Obama staffers David Axelrod and Robert Gibbs. They were foes in politics and are good friends in life. They pull back the curtain on what’s really happening on the political scene. It’s incredibly entertaining.

Murphy has gone from political consultant to media darling and most recently has become a writer and producer in the entertainment biz.
