Barry Braun is the founder of Happy Community Builders. After 25 years of entrepreneurial Coaching, he was reflecting on his grandchildren’s future and wanted to do something about it. He committed the rest of his life creating happier communities where his grandchildren will be able to find the support they will need.
He discovered that communities are struggling and yet they are fundamental to our happiness. Barry committed himself to using his business and Coaching skills to create communities that are more socially connected, belonging and caring. He created Happy Community Builders.
The purpose of Happy Community Builders is to be a ‘sandbox’ where community builders play with ideas, co-create and find new ways of thinking. They can celebrate our successes, draw on each other’s expertise, and share resources.
It enables us to go beyond reactive behavior so we can envision new possibilities for community’s place in our society.
Happy Community Builders is a springboard to collaborate. It enables us to “scale up” our impacts that we could not achieve alone. We can co-create new ways of building inclusive, connected, belonging and caring communities.
