Speaker Bio: Dr. Jen Unwin, is a clinical psychologist, self-stated lifelong carbohydrate addict and author of the book,  Fork in the Road: A Hopeful Guide to Food Freedom.Jen has worked for over 30 years in the UK national Health service helping people with chronic Health conditions to live well. Her doctorate was on the importance of hope in Health care. Latterly she has worked with her doctor husband to help people with T2D achieve drug free remission by cutting out sugar and carbohydrate. Currently her research and clinical practice is aimed at helping people quit sugar for good.

At 70 Dr. Lockitch became a first time entrepreneur, building a global online business with the premiere wellness and beauty company, to help others extend their healthspan, stay vibrant, active, and independent as they age. Now retired from medical practice, Dr. Lockitch is an empathetic coach and mentor but does not diagnose, treat or prescribe for medical diseases.
