Today on Feminine Roadmap we are talking about embracing change and chasing opportunity with Patricia Love. Patricia is a Women’s Empowerment Coach and best selling author of “Seen and (Un) Heard: A Little Girl’s Journey From Silence to Empowerment”. She is also an advocate for women through her “Healing Hoodies” mission. Embracing change is an important part of life that starts with acknowledgement, seeing that change is coming and that is can be a good thing. Since change comes into all of our lives whether we seek it or not, we can choose to embrace it, treat it as a friend, and move with it. Patricia encourages listeners to think about change as just possibilities. Once we can see change as possibilities then we can pivot to being open to and chasing opportunities that come our way. Midlife and beyond is often seen as a time to slow down but Patricia believes that every moment is meant to lived and experienced with enthusiasm.
