Susie found that the beauty in her cancer was that it gave her a renewed sense of focus and purpose enabling her to reconnect with health boundaries and standing up for her yes. One of her most powerful tools was holding a space for her emotions by giving herself quiet time every single morning to reflect and be present with her feelings.
