  1. Is Decision Fatigue Real? S2/EP 130 Sheri Miter Visionary Strategist 24:24

Is decision fatigue a real thing or is it a myth?  How do you know if you are suffering from decision fatigue? AND if you do have it, what can you do to get over decision fatigue?!

This is what we are talking about today.   Maybe you are like me feeling like my 5-year-old granddaughter and stressing out over the smallest decision just because you are exhausted as a leader, entrepreneur, wife, and mom?!  You are feeling like if you have to make one more decision (even what's for dinner) your world will come crashing down like a Jenga game…

Learn my thoughts and more on the Jenga game solution inside today's episode.

Sheri Miter Serial Entrepreneur

Sheri Miter is a serial entrepreneur. Her first business was selling painted rocks to neighbors when she was 7! This entrepreneurial spirit led her to many failures but also some huge successes, such as a Chimney Cleaning business with her husband Tom, a professional firefighter, and eventually a business as a Mary Kay sales director. While in Mary Kay, Sheri led her team to six-figure years multiple times, and YES, she drove the iconic pink Cadillac for part of her career!

Despite her success as a Sales Director in Mary Kay, Sheri found herself at a crossroads after 25 years. She began to question if this was the path she truly wanted for the next decade of her life. Even after achieving her best year, she felt a sense of weariness and asked herself, 'Is it ever going to be enough?' This internal struggle led her to a brave decision- to step away from her role as a Sales Director and embark on a new journey. This journey led her to become a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Today, Sheri has crafted a life she loves, assisting other highly successful women to discover their 'what’s next' career. She is passionate about working with women who have achieved success making the money, but are now eager to make an impact by unleashing their God-given strengths and embracing their true calling!

When Sheri isn’t busy with her clients or recording a new podcast, she cherishes her time with her grandkids and embarks on exciting adventures with her husband. Their escapades often include the beach, biking, or out boats. At the end of a fulfilling day, they savor the beauty of the sunset with a cocktail in hand, a testament to Sheri's belief in enjoying life's journey.
