**The Power of Journaling**
Journaling is a powerful practice that aids in processing emotions, fine-tuning ideas and gaining a clearer perspective on life. It’s like having an open dialogue with oneself, liberating thoughts and feelings that are often suppressed or overlooked. The beauty lies in its adaptability – there isn't a right or wrong way to journal. It can range from embossed leather-bound diaries to modern digital apps, the important thing is to find a method that works on a personal level. Journaling has been aa consistent companion through my life's ups and downs. Reflecting on past entries, I take note of how my writings evolved from ramblings to deep introspective pieces that hint at my life's purpose. Through the entries, it's clear that journaling served as a means for me to navigate life’s trials and triumphs, enabling me to capture raw emotions, record thoughts, and explore ideas. I hope this episode inspires your own personal journaling journey!Â

Sheri Miter is a serial entrepreneur. Her first business was selling painted rocks to neighbors when she was 7! This entrepreneurial spirit led her to many failures but also some huge successes, such as a Chimney Cleaning business with her husband Tom, a professional firefighter, and eventually a business as a Mary Kay sales director. While in Mary Kay, Sheri led her team to six-figure years multiple times, and YES, she drove the iconic pink Cadillac for part of her career!
Despite her success as a Sales Director in Mary Kay, Sheri found herself at a crossroads after 25 years. She began to question if this was the path she truly wanted for the next decade of her life. Even after achieving her best year, she felt a sense of weariness and asked herself, 'Is it ever going to be enough?' This internal struggle led her to a brave decision- to step away from her role as a Sales Director and embark on a new journey. This journey led her to become a Gallup Certified CliftonStrengths Coach. Today, Sheri has crafted a life she loves, assisting other highly successful women to discover their 'what’s next' career. She is passionate about working with women who have achieved success making the money, but are now eager to make an impact by unleashing their God-given strengths and embracing their true calling!
When Sheri isn’t busy with her clients or recording a new podcast, she cherishes her time with her grandkids and embarks on exciting adventures with her husband. Their escapades often include the beach, biking, or out boats. At the end of a fulfilling day, they savor the beauty of the sunset with a cocktail in hand, a testament to Sheri's belief in enjoying life's journey.
