Anytime you are growing, learning, or working towards something bigger, YOU will go through a cycle of emotions. Some call it the four stages of Growth. I call them the attitude wheel. You can’t stop them, but you can learn to recognize the stages and have a toolbox of ideas to help you get through them quicker. The key is to not get stuck in the crisis, aka burnout, stage!
