Todd Hamer is one of my mentors, with over 20 years of Division 1 coaching experience and was a finalist for the 2017 National Strength Coach of the Year. He’s been at some of the biggest universities including George Washington, Robert Morris, Pitt, Penn State, and UNC. He’s a sought after speaker having presented across the country and has been published in magazines like Muscle and Fitness and others. Beyond that, he has taught college classes, and is now the GM of Pittsburgh’s premiere training facility, Union Fitness.
