Exercise – Journal Prompts
Now, I want to leave you with a few gentle journal prompts. Write these down.
Light a candle, find a quiet moment later today, and ask yourself:
1. What masks or roles am I ready to release?
2. When in my life have I felt most like myself?
3. What have I always wanted to do but talked myself out of?
4. What would my 8-year-old self recognize and Love about me today?
5. What truth am I now brave enough to live out loud?
Let these questions be doorways—not to a “new you,” but to the real you.
