GREEN is already my thing (favorite color as a kid and the branding color for my VO business). So I am enjoying wearing and noticing all things GREEN today.
I still can’t get my head around GREEN beer though 🍺

I’m also noticing that after 18 days of this challenge I am more feeling more energetic. Even if the scale is not showing major weight loss and the pants don’t feel any looser I can tell that things are changing, mostly on the inside – for now…
I left point A 18 days ago on my way to point B. But it’s oh so important to really notice things along the way and enjoy the journey while I’m getting there.
That’s making RIGHT choices for the rest of my life and the best of my life.
