I Cook EVERYTHING! 👩🍳 World Cuisine Masterclass
The video explores culinary diversity and the personal background of Erica and Matthew, focusing on their love for cooking and origins.
Erica shares her extensive cooking skills and love for various cuisines, emphasizing the therapeutic aspect of cooking.
It’s so good. So besides being a master in Italian cooking, what else do you cook? Oh, I cook literally everything. I mean, any kind of cuisine, like I make it. Curries and Indian food, Asian food. I make my own pad Thai, make my own pad see you. I mean, we like we cook from all over the world. My husband’s a great cook, too. I don’t let him cook as much because like as busy as I am, cooking is cathartic for me. And I feel like I need it, you know, to settle down and to just kind of unwind and all of that. So, yeah, really, it runs the whole. Runs the gamut. I’ll cook any type. I love French food, too. You know, we do that. So I’d say we’re pretty versatile. Paella. I mean, the list goes on and on. But yeah, we cook it all.
Matthew inquires about Erica’s origins, revealing that she was born in New York but raised in Florida.
Did you grow up on the East Coast and where are you now? Yeah, I did. Actually, I was born in New York and my parents still having lived in South Florida for 40 years. They still sound like they’re like right from New York. So they moved us to Florida when I was a baby.
